Police investigate a fatal crash scene in a Nantucket parking lot

NANTUCKET, MA — A 62-year-old Connecticut woman has been charged in connection with a fatal pedestrian crash that happened late last month in a downtown Nantucket parking lot. Police say the case centers on a June 29 collision that killed a New York woman.

Authorities identified the charged driver as Kathleen M. Featherston of Fairfield, Connecticut. The victim was Stacey J. Rosen, 62, of Atlantic Beach, New York.
