When sports seasons come to a close at Bronxville, seniors are honored in the last of the home games each season. The girls varsity basketball team hosted their senior night on February 2nd, honoring seniors Anna Becker, Catherine Berkery, Rachel Coniff, and Katelin Pettee.

The game was hosted at Bronxville High School, where the girls played against Lakeland. Although the girls lost, they put up a strong fight, finishing off the game with a score of 37-52. Some of Bronxville’s senior highlights include Anna Becker with 7 points, 6 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals; Catherine Berkery with a double-double: 12 points, 10 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, and 2 blocks; Katelin Pettee with 2 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals.

The seniors were gifted with balloons with each of their numbers, gift bags, and a senior poster with their number, name, and position.

Games following senior day included a 42-37 win against Ardsley (2/4) and 23-21 win against Yorktown (2/7). Following the last game of the regular season, the girls will begin playoffs, where they have the chance to advance to the section and regional games.
