Last Friday I had the opportunity and privilege to take part in watching Matt Reeves’ latest masterpiece, “The Batman”. For those who don’t know this movie is a new take on Batman, starring Robert Pattison for the first time as the caped crusader in a separate universe from Zack Synder’s “Justice League”. For this reason, walking into the theater my expectations were high as every single Batman-specific movie prior had all been fantastic, and to say the least: this did not disappoint in the slightest. From action and mystery to cinematography and music; the movie was incredible. In fact, after fully processing it, it currently holds a firm spot on my Mount Rushmore of Superhero films alongside “The Dark Knight”, “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Spider-Man: No Way Home”. I highly recommend you check out this movie as soon as you can!
